Private Policy

1. OVERVIEW

The privacy of our clients and group´s participants is of the utmost importance to Quality Incentives DMC (“QIDMC”, “we”, “us”).  Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our services. Your data can be stored through Wix.com data storage, databases and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

This Privacy Policy applies to all destination services provided by QIDMC for its clients as well as to the website https://www.qualitydmc.com (the “Website”) and explains the policies adopted and implemented by us for purposes of protecting personally identifiable information (“PII”) we receive from our clients (“Clients”), group´s participants and Website visitors.

 

We know that you are concerned about how we use and disclose PII, and we are committed to complying with laws applicable to the collection and processing of PII. We wish to remind you that this Privacy Policy applies to PII that we process when you use our services, for example by requesting information related to our services. It does not apply to any links to third parties’ websites and/or services, please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties.

 

2. PII WE COLLECT

While providing local destination services, QIDMC collects PII that is necessary to complete a reservation with a transportation company, tour supplier, hotel, car rental agency, or other supplier named on a group’s itinerary. The specific elements of PII that QIDMC may process in connection with providing local destination services include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Passenger First Name;

  • Passenger Last Name;

  • Passenger Middle Initial;

  • Passenger Salutation;

  • Gender;

  • Ticket/Document Number;

  • Original Issue Ticket/Document Number;

  • Credit Card Information; and

 

On the Website, we may collect the following information from you that may constitute PII:

  • Name;

  • Job title;

  • Company name;

  • Phone number;

  • Email address; and

 

We generally process PII based on (i) consent; (ii) a contract, such as a destination services agreement; (iii) a legal obligation imposed on us; or (iv) our legitimate interest to process PII.  Such legitimate interests include our ability to provide our destination services to our clients and group´s participants that use our services.

 

3. THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE USE PII

We use the PII for the following purposes:

 

  • To provide, operate, develop, and improve our local destination services;

  • To improve Client and group´s participant service;

  • To communicate with you;

  • To operate, develop, improve, and protect the Website;

  • To market research and electronic direct marketing, in accordance with applicable law;

  • To ensure the technical functionality and security of the Website.

  • To comply with laws, regulations, or legal requests for the PII;

  • To protect QIDMC, its employees, affiliates and other clients;

  • To protect our rights and/or our property;

 

4. DATA RETENTION

Records of new Group Contracts and past Group Contracts are kept for five (5) years from the date of booking.

 

5. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

QIDMC reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in any manner. You can tell when changes have been made to the Privacy Policy by referring to the “Effective date” and  “Last Updated” legend.
