Card Payment
By booking for you or on behalf of other participants, if paying with a credit or debit card, you are hereby stating that you are the authorized cardholder, or that the cardholder has authorized you to use the credit card to pay for the services described in your Order. In the event the card is rejected or later contested for any reason, you agree to pay the amount indicated on the order form to QIDMC, S.A. de C.V. (Quality Incentives DMC).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QIDMC, S.A. de C.V. (Quality Incentives DMC), its affiliate companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees against any costs, fines, claims, damages, charges, or fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising by reason of this transaction. QIDMC, S.A. de C.V. (Quality Incentives DMC) reserves the right to decline the acceptance of an online payment if your credit or debit card is rejected by the bank for any reason.
About Prices
Prices are subject to change. Prices are locked once an order is placed into the cart. Prices will be guaranteed by confirmation of payment when booking the tour. All prices are in US Dollars.
Weather and environmental conditions
Mexico Environmental Authorities place weather or environmental restrictions. Under any circumstances shall QIDMC, S.A. de C.V. (Quality Incentives DMC), be held responsible for modifications or cancellations due to weather or environmental conditions. Refunds are not applicable if a tour is cancelled due to weather or environmental conditions. Under no circumstances shall QIDMC, S.A. de C.V. (Quality Incentives DMC) be responsible for weather conditions. No tours can be cancelled or amended by any participant at any time based on weather conditions.
Physical risks and Medical conditions
QIDMC, S.A. de C.V. (Quality Incentives DMC) does not provide medical advice. It is your responsibly to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of the Tour based on your own unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level and medical requirements which could represent a risk for your health. You acknowledge that adventures, travels and other products and services offered by QIDMC, S.A. de C.V. (Quality Incentives DMC) may involve a significant amount of risk to your health and safety. By joining the tours you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. You hereby assume responsibility for all such risk and release QIDMC, S.A. de C.V. (Quality Incentives DMC) from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from risks inherent in tours. The guides and staff can withdraw at any time an individual from the start of the activity for the reasons they deem appropriate. No refunds will be given as a result of these withdrawals.
