Arcenio Villanueva

He began his career in hotels in Cancun.  In the early 90's he joined the team of a local DMC with whom he collaborated for almost 20 years. His experience in the management of groups and events was developed from providing the daily needs for the operation to organizing the agenda of several groups at a time along with their respective operational teams.


Following that he became the link between the planning and accounting areas when auditing contracted services. He was also in charge of the planning area for some years and was eventually promoted to Deputy Director of the company.


As Deputy Director he had the opportunity to open and supervise branches in other destinations such as Costa Rica, Puerto Vallarta, and Los Cabos.  The Los Cabos destination remained in his spirit and fortunately, he was able to culminate his career within the company as Managing Director of the branch there for several years.


With so much time in the industry that he loves, a few years ago decided that it was time to put all his experience into a project of his own. That was how Quality Incentives DMC came about in 2015, a company he has been busy making solid and stable. The new company has since operated several groups in Los Cabos, and from 2017 started operations in Puerto Vallarta and Cancun.

After working for prestigious hotels for several years in both Mexico City and Cancun, at the beginning of the 2000s, she changed her career at the hotel to join one of the most modern and prestigious entertainment companies in Cancun. This experience allowed her to expand her knowledge and skills in the creation and operation of thematic parties, as well as the logistics of tourist boats for individual travelers, as well as for special group events.

Years later she accepted the challenge of moving to Los Cabos and joining a local DMC team that works in the areas of planning and operations, which allowed her to complement her experience in the management of groups and events.


At the same time that she understands the course of business, Alejandra co-founded Quality Incentives DMC with her partner Arcenio.


Mario Foster

Sales Manager

Dedicated to his passion, the travel industry, Mario began his professional career in the most important destination in Mexico: Cancun and the Riviera Maya. His knowledge includes the segments of the hospitality industry, operation, and logistics in the management of incentive groups as well as the standards of services provided by suppliers for the execution of events and activities with the aim of offering unforgettable and quality experiences to participants.


His professional development has included working in prestigious hotels, Tour and Travel Companies and currently in the area of DMC enjoying with Arcenio, which have been friends from their beginnings in this adventure, providing a friendly and professional service to his customers. Mario and Arcenio now have an experience of more than 30 years in the business and they know very well the importance of making incentive programs to perfection, no matter how small or massive they are. Several international organizations have been happy with the great teamwork of Quality Incentives DMC in the most exclusive destinations in Mexico.
