Refunds are not applicable if a tour is cancelled due to weather or environmental conditions. Under no circumstances shall QIDMC, S.A. de C.V. (Quality Incentives DMC) be responsible for weather conditions. No tours can be cancelled or amended by any participant at any time based on weather conditions.
